FaithSchool Privacy Policy

FaithSchool helps parents manage homeschool planning, attendance, grades, student records, and family devotional workflows. We collect the account and school information needed to provide those features.

Account data may include parent name, email address, student names, grade levels, lesson plans, attendance records, grades, assessment records, uploaded portfolio evidence, device notification tokens, and subscription status.

We use Firebase services for authentication, database, file storage, and app infrastructure. We do not sell personal information. We use data to provide the app, keep records available to the signed-in family, maintain security, process subscriptions, and improve app reliability.

Parents can request account deletion or data export through the support contact provided in App Store Connect. Deleting an account removes family-owned records from active systems, subject to backups and legal or fraud-prevention requirements.

Children do not create independent accounts in FaithSchool. A parent or legal guardian manages student records and is responsible for the information entered into the app.
